...that the condition of the original cab was not as good as the cab we'd taken of the '53 GMC. This old cab had a LOT more rust. And, you can't tell from these pix, but the floorboard were not even part of the original sheet metal. They must have been so corroded that the previous shop just covered them with panels that they riveted over the old metal.
